Realtor.com offers house buying app for Android users
I remember when my wife and I were shopping for a house. It was fun for a few days and then we both got tired of looking for homes and putting up with offers and counter offers. The biggest pain was just finding homes we liked and wanted to go see. If you are shopping for a home right now and use an Android smartphone, Realtor.com has just announced the Real Estate App for Android.
The app is on the Android Market for free right now and lets you search through about 4 million listings from all around the country from your phone. The listings have multiple pictures, pricing information, and details on open houses so you can see the home in person.
The app will find other homes in the area nearby to allow price comparisons and a lot more. The listings are updated about every 15 minutes and you can save searchers and listings on the app. The app also has a voice note feature so you can speak notes on homes and then send them to agents and family to look.
