Plantronics debuts new GameCom 777 surround sound gaming headphones

Plantronics makes a ton of different headsets for various uses. The company has made headsets for use in offices for folks that answer and talk on the phone a lot for years. The company also makes some of the best Bluetooth devices on the market for smartphone users.

Some folks don't realize that Plantronics also makes headsets with mics for computer users. The company has announced a new gaming headset called the GameCom 777 with Virtual Dolby 7.1 surround sound. The headset is compatible with both Mac and PCs and connects with a single USB port.

The headset also has standard mic and speaker adapters for connecting with common ports on computers as well. The mic boom is hidden out of the way until you need it and the device has inline volume and music controls. The mic has noise cancelling features for clear conversations on VoIP services or gaming. The exact launch date for the headset is unknown.
