Philips shows off simple NAS device

If you're looking for a simple NAS (Network Attached Storage) solution, Philips has you coverd.

They have released one of the most simplistic NAS drives out there. It looks like just a simple external hard drive, but instead of a USB cord, just plug in an ethernet cable and you're ready to go. It has a built-in FTP server so that you can connect from anywhere in the world.

You'll get 500GB for $259. We're expecting to see this debut sometime this summer.
