Palm Pre 2 Landing on Verizon's Network, Leak Suggests

The information about the Palm Pre 2, the successor to the original version, is slowly and steadily coming out of the pipe. We know that the device will feature a 1GHz processor under the hood, and we'll also be able to find 512MB of RAM. We even know what it's going to look like. And, without a shadow of a doubt, we know the device will launch webOS 2.0 into the world. What we don't know, is where it's heading. But, thanks to a leak from an anonymous tipster, Verizon may be in the running to get it soon.

The leak doesn't come with any additional information. However, it's obvious that training, in some regard, has already begun on the Palm Pre 2. The above image was taken from Verizon's internal VZLearn database, which indicates that training is under way. The leak does't go into any detail regarding a release date or pricing, so it looks like we'll have to wait a bit longer. How much longer, that's the big question.
