Nike+ FuelBand gets two new colors, now available in US, UK, and Canada Apple Stores

Nike is expanding the availability of their Nike+ FuelBand personal fitness accessory and will have them available at all Apple Stores in the US, UK, and Canada starting today. The Nike+ FuelBand is also coming in two new color variants, "White Ice" and Black Ice," which are the Fuelband's third and fourth colors on top of "Black Steel" and "Ice."

In addition to the Apple Store, the FuelBand will also be available via Nike's online and physical retail stores in the US, UK, and Canada, and will be available in the new colors as well. This is specifically good news for Canadians, since it's the first time the FuelBand is becoming available other than from a gray market source.

The Nike+ FuelBand is designed to measure your daily activity and produce a score, called NikeFuel, which represents how much you've accomplished throughout the day. You can also check out time, calories and steps for a more traditional measure on the device's small digital display — great for those who want basic readouts.

Nike aims the device at not only athletes, but also everyday people who want to be fitness conscious. The FuelBand is compatible with the iPhone 4, 4S, and iPhone 5, as well as any 3rd-generation or later iPod Touch. The FuelBand costs $150 (£129 in the UK), and is available starting today via Nike and Apple Stores.
