Need Galaxy S10 features, lower cost? See here: M30

There's a more basic version of Samsung's highest-end phone Galaxy S10 coming in the near future, and it doesn't have an "e" in its title. It's the Samsung Galaxy M30, and it comes with both a Super AMOLED display and a three-camera array on its back. This M30 model will also have a massive battery, if leaks on this device are indeed accurate.

The Samsung Galaxy M30 was tipped over the weekend with a set of specifications that might well cannibalize potential Galaxy S10 buyers in the process of being released. The Samsung Galaxy M30 is said to roll with a Sumer AMOLED display with a V notch. That's Samsung's "Infinity V" display, as it were – and likely a good alternative to those not in love with the "Infinity O" situation on the Galaxy S10 lineup.

Tips suggest that Galaxy M30 will have 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, and that there'll be a 6GB RAM, 128GB internal storage version ready at launch, too. These are a LITTLE bit different from the variants offered with the Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, and Galaxy S10 Plus – but supposing you're looking for a cheaper alternative, this might be right on track.

The Galaxy M30 is likely set to launch in India, first. It's price and specs are set pretty much on-par with what Xiaomi's revealed recently with their Redmi brand – and the battle is on! They'll do business aiming to take down the current shock-market-leader OnePlus – believe it or not!

If what the most recent word from India is true, both the Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20 were shock sell-outs with "unprecedented" first day sales in India through Amazon. You can expect Amazon (specifically Amazon India) to sell the Galaxy M30 soon, as well.

Meanwhile the Samsung Galaxy S10 will be revealed (with its best buddies the S10e and S10 Plus) on the 20th of February, 2019. That's later this week! Expect them all for relatively large prices, then the significantly lower prices of the M30 probably within the week – but we shall see!
