Mophie releases Juice Pack Access battery cases for iPhone 11 models

Mophie has released the Juice Pack Access battery cases it announced for the iPhone 11 smartphones back in September. The cases extend the run time for the iPhone 11 and its sibling, enabling users to go a full day or longer without having to recharge. Among other things, the battery cases feature USB-C, full Lightning port access, and Priority+ charging.

Though smartphone battery life has improved considerably over the years, it's still easy to deplete a phone's battery with heavy usage, particularly when shooting video or playing a mobile game. Rapid charging makes it possible to quickly top up these batteries, but doing so depends on being located close to a power outlet.

Battery cases offer the best compromise, allowing users to sacrifice a bit of weight and thinness in exchange for a much larger battery. Mophie's Juice Pack Access battery cases for the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro features a 2,000mAh secondary battery; the case for the iPhone 11 Pro Max features a larger 2,200mAh battery.

The Priority+ means that when the case is being charged using wired or wireless power, the iPhone will be charged before the Juice Pack Access case. The case features a built-in USB-C port for charging the battery pack; there's also Qi-enabled wireless charging support.

Other features include an on and off button, LED status indicator, and internal rubber-based support pads alongside raised corners to help protect the phone from damage. The cases are available now from Mophie now for $99.95 USD in Black, Pink, and Red colors.
