Lexus RC F Sport Black Line Special Edition debuts in NYC

Lexus has unveiled a new special edition version of the RC F Sport that brings more style to the model. The limited edition is called the RC F Sport Black Line Special Edition and its debut was at the 2018 New York Auto Show. The Black Line is available on all RC 300/350 F Sport models.

Buyers have two paint options on the Black Line with Caviar and Atomic Silver colors. The limited run of 650 units will be available this spring at dealers around the US. The standard wheels used in the package are matte black and the brake calipers are either orange or black.

All standard chrome trim is replaced with black chrome accents around grille and windows. Inside the cars get orange stitching throughout the interior. The seats, dash, and doors all have the orange color. The special edition models also get an exclusive wood-trimmed steering wheel with distinctive shades of black.

The shade was created by a Japanese calligraphy ship that Lexus says has been perfecting ink for over 200 years. All Black Line coupes include navigation and the Mark Levinson Audio Package, Intuitive Parking Assist, Moonroof, and triple beam LED headlamps.

All four versions of the RC coupe are available in Black Line, the base RC 300 has a 2.0L turbo four with the RC 300 AWD, RC 350, and RC 350 AWD using a 3.5L V6. Pricing for the RC 300 is $51,730, the AWD version is $53,755, RC 350 is $54,660, and the RC 350 AWD is $56,120.
