Lenovo ideapad MIIX 310 offers detachable hinged keyboard

Joining the phones and tablets it has introduced this weekend comes Lenovo's ideapad MIIX 310, a hybrid device that includes a 10-inch tablet that serves as the display when attached to the bundled keyboard. This, like others before it, allows it to function as a laptop when needed and as a tablet other times, giving the best of both worlds in a single device.

The Lenovo ideapad MIIX 310 features an Intel Atom X5 8300 processor, Intel integrated graphics, 2GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and up to 10 hours of battery life on a charge. There are stereo speaker for a nice audio experience, a 5MP rear camera, and a 2MP front camera.

Connectivity includes 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, and optional 4G LTE. The display, meanwhile, has a Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution. The machine itself is pretty small and lightweight, with the tablet portion weighing 1.27lbs and the keyboard weighing 1.14lbs. The tablet is 9.2mm thick, and the keyboard is 9mm thick.

The convertible runs Windows 10 and as such includes Cortana, as well as Lenovo's REACHit software. The MIIX 310 will be available this upcoming June starting at $229 USD. This is only part of Lenovo's MWC laptop announcement, so be sure to hit up our Lenovo portal for more announcements!
