Intel ultra-thin notebook CPUs getting Q4 refresh

Intel's plans for the burgeoning "ultra-thin" notebook sector have been leaked, courtesy of talkative notebook makers, who have tipped three new processors set to arrive in Q4 2009.  The new CPUs – two of which are dual-core chips – will slot in underneath the existing Core 2 Duo SU9000, which will stay at the top of the range, and include the Core 2 Duo SU7000 and the SU4000.

Meanwhile the existing Intel Celeron in the ultra-thin range will be surplanted by a Celeron SU3000 chip, with the Celeron 700 remaining the entry-level chip for budget models.  No word on which manufacturers have signed up to use the processors, as yet.
