Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 Gallery

Classic name, modern car. Lamborghini is bringing back arguably its most iconic nameplate, with the Countach returning as a super-limited edition run of supercars. Unveiled at Monterey Car Week 2021, the Countach LPI 800-4 takes hints of the classic wedge styling, but pairs them with a thoroughly modern drivetrain.

That's courtesy of a naturally-aspirated 6.5-liter V12, paired with a 48V mild-hybrid system. The result is 803 horsepower and a 0-60 mph time of under 2.8 seconds. Top speed, Lamborghini suggests, will be over 220 mph.

Just 112 of the super-exclusive coupes will be built, Lamborghini says. Deliveries are expected to begin in early 2022.
