Jeep Grand Wagoneer Concept Gallery

Jeep promised wow-factor for the return of the Grand Wagoneer nameplate, and sure enough it delivered on that. Currently only a concept, the new SUV adds a third row inside and steps up Jeep's game when it comes to luxury features. Indeed, Jeep is aiming to use the Wagoneer name for a range of models, all in the name of extending its reach into untapped categories above where it usually plays.

As such, the Grand Wagoneer concept doesn't stint on high-end tech and styling. Outside, everything is oversized, from the 24-inch wheels to the LED-illuminated grille. Jeep has used real wood, like teak, inside and out, along with sustainable fabrics and raw aluminum. The end result is an SUV with real presence, though only time will tell how much of that will translate to the production version.

We'll see that in 2021, Jeep says. The Grand Wagoneer will offer a variety of 4x4 systems, along with plug-in hybrid electrification to go with its room for seven. It'll also be joined by a new Jeep Wagoneer, as the range gets fleshed out more fully.
