Ford GT Mk II Gallery

How do you make a supercar even more, well, super? If you're Ford, you entrust your already-rare GT to the teams at Ford Performance and Multimatic Motorsports, and tell them to build you a coupe free of the limits of road legality or indeed GT race regulations. The result is the Ford GT Mk II.

At 700 horsepower it's the most powerful GT yet. Upgraded aero, meanwhile, allows for far greater downforce, while dropping the road-necessary tech like adjustable ride-height makes for a much lighter car, too. Cherry-picking the best of road and race adds up to the most excessive GT we've seen to-date.

It'll be a level of exclusivity on top of an already exclusive vehicle. Ford only makes 250 GT cars per year, but just 45 of the GT Mk II will be produced. Each will cost from $1.2 million. If you want a passenger seat, incidentally, that'll be an option.
