2019 Mercedes-Benz A-Class Sedan Gallery

Mercedes wants more young drivers in its sedans, and the 2019 A-Class Sedan is how it'll do it. First of the A-Class line-up to come in a traditional three-box form, it's headed to US dealerships in late 2018. Two models will be available, the A220 and A220 4MATIC.

Both will pack a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine, with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and 188 horsepower. The A220 4MATIC will get all-wheel drive, too. Performance numbers and economy are yet to be confirmed, but top speed is an electronically-limited 130 mph.

Inside, there's a brand new infotainment system, MBUX, on two displays standing proud on the clean dashboard. Wireless phone charging, ambient lighting, and driver-assistance systems from the S-Class are also available.
