2019 Maserati Levante Trofeo Gallery

Maserati's 2019 Levante Trofeo takes the company's already sporting SUV, and gives it a V8 upgrade. Out goes the twin-turbo V6 the car launched with, replaced by a new twin-turbo V8. It's still made by Ferrari, and it's one of the most powerful engines fitted in a Maserati so far.

590 horsepower and 538 lb-ft. of torque are nothing to be sniffed at, and nor is a 0-62 mph time of 3.9 seconds. Maserati has added a new Corsa drive mode, which speeds up the transmission, drops the air suspension, and makes the whole thing sound better with opened exhaust valves. However, there's still an off-road mode if you really want to get your Italian SUV dirty.

Inside, there are new seat finishes and custom graphics, along with lashings of carbon fiber trim. That matches the new exterior components, which leave the Levante Trofeo looking beefier and more purposeful on the road. It'll begin shipping later in 2018.
