2019 Bugatti Chiron Sport Gallery

Bugatti may be riding high on the performance of the Chiron, but it's not resting on those laurels. The automaker has brought the 2019 Chiron Sport along to the Geneva Motor Show 2018, with the same 1,500 horsepower W16 engine but a significant weight loss. That, Bugatti promises, pays dividends on handling.

It includes unexpected uses of carbon-fiber, such as the first ever carbon-fiber windshield wipers. The material crops up elsewhere, too, including across the dashboard. Even the rear glass is lighter than in the regular Chiron.

The result is much faster cornering, helped with a new Dynamic Torque Vectoring system. Bugatti has a range of new duo-tone finishes, as well, to help distinguish the Chiron Sport from its heavier sibling. All this weight loss doesn't come cheap, mind: you're looking at a starting price of $3.26m when sales kick off at the end of 2018.
