BMW has revealed the all-new 2019 X7, its new luxury SUV, and it’s a big beast. Promising three road of seats, the SUV will come in M50d, xDrive30d, xDrive50i, and xDrive40i forms, depending on location, as well as offering an xOffroad package. That has two-axle air suspension and an off-road-specific differential lock.
Seven seats are standard, or six with two individual “comfort seats” as an option. All cars will get leather, four-zone automatic climate control, and a three-section panoramic glass roof. A Bowers & Wilkins surround sound audio system, M Sport package, and up to 22-inch alloy wheels will be optional.
There’ll also be BMW’s Live Cockpit Professional and a fully digital instrument cluster, each with a 12.3-inch widescreen display. BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant will operate the car’s functions by voice commands. It’s expected to go on sale in March 2019.
