2019 Bentley Continental GT Gallery

The third-generation Bentley Continental GT has been revealed, and it's shaping up to be quite the Grand Tourer. Borrowing styling cues from the Bentley EXP 10 Speed 6 concept it's instantly recognizable but thoroughly modern, as is the new W12 6.0-liter engine under the hood. It's paired for the first time with a dual-clutch 8-speed transmission.

There's also a new active AWD system, biased to rear-wheel drive but capable of pushing power to the front axel when required. Bentley says the result is more spirited driving as well as a boost in economy and a cut in CO2 emissions. Electrically-assisted power steering has a variable ratio but also allows for new tech features like park assist.

Indeed, technology has seen a huge boost over the second-gen car. There's a 12.3-inch touchscreen in the center console which can flip around to show dashboard-matching veneer or a trio of analog dials, together with completely digital instrumentation for the driver. Throw in an optional 2,200W Naim audio system and you have quite the 2+2.
