2019 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera Gallery

Aston Martin has a new flagship, and it's not messing around. The DBS badge has been resurrected, gracing the rump of the take-no-prisoners 2019 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera. The goal is lightweight performance from the superlative grand tourer.

It starts with a 5.2-liter bi-turbo V12 engine, wrapped in a carbon fiber body with clear styling cues borrowed from – and building on – the Aston Martin DB11. It's good for 715 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque, relayed to the rear wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission. 0-62 mph comes in 3.4 seconds; top speed is 211 mph.

Inside, it's every bit as cosseting as you'd hope for a cross-continent cruiser. Lashings of leather and Alcantara are standard; Aston Martin's team will happily customize whatever you want, assuming you have the budget for it. As for price, it'll kick off at $304,995.
