2018 Acura TLX V6 A-Spec Gallery

Say hello to the new, feistier 2018 Acura TLX. Now the proud recipient of Acura's redesigned family nose, the 2018 TLX becomes far more memorable in the process. All the sheet metal from the A-pillar forward is new; gone is the dated plastic beak of the old Acura cars.

The A-Spec is new for the 2018 model year, too. Built off the TLX V6 Tech trim, it gets a matte black diamond pentagon grille, dark chrome trim, exclusive 19-inch shark gray wheels, and an exclusive front and rear fascia, rear spoiler and diffuser, and round tailpipes. It also wears Michelin 245/40R19 tires, and has stiffer damping rates, larger stabilizer bars, and a quicker steering ratio with increased feel.

Power stays the same, with 290 HP and 267 lb-ft. of torque from Acura's 3.5-liter V6. SH-AWD with torque vectoring is optional across all V6 cars; the 2.4-liter four-cylinder is front-wheel drive only. Inside, meanwhile, there's an updated infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard. AcuraWatch, the company's suite of active safety tech, is also standard across the 2018 TLX range.
