GAME "Christmas Tinner" goes viral: authenticity unconfirmed

The Christmas Tinner is a Christmas dinner in a can. You can eat it all day long. Start at the top and work your way down throughout the day. Scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast, mince pie for morning dessert. And on down through the day with turkey, potatoes, gravy, and more, all the way to your nightcap pudding. In one can. So you don't have to get up from your holiday Xbox or PS4 gaming.

There's also bread sauce, cranberry sauce, a choice of Brussels sprouts or broccoli with stuffing, and roast carrots and parsnips. Each course is layered, assuring a well ordered day of eating and gaming. The product description by UK gaming retailer GAME is irresistible:

The GAME Christmas Tinner is the ultimate innovation for gamers across the nation who can't tear themselves away from their new consoles and games on Christmas Day.

The news of this product has blown up the Googles. We're pretty sure it's a well played hoax. We concur with Geekosystem that Christmas Tinner "looks too ridiculous to be true, because it's probably not." But we want to buy a few because it's ingenious and horrible.

Unfortunately, Christmas Tinner is listed on GAME's website as "Sold Out! Check Back Christmas 2014!" Because literally every gamer on Earth wants one. Or because they didn't make enough of these appealingly visually unappealing appetite-busters to go around. Or because it's utterly fake.

Whatever the case, it does bring up a very important question: How exactly are gamers' needs being served? How can one log 4, 8, 12, 24 or 72 hours of gaming without having to remove oneself from the gaming throne?

It begs the question: What other kinds of products do gamers need to make gaming literally a 24/7 pastime? Any brilliant ideas?
