Galaxy Tab S6, Galaxy Watch Active 2, Galaxy A phones launch in the US

IFA 2019 has just begun in Europe but over in the US another kind of wave is starting courtesy of Samsung. No, not the wave that has been started by the incessant opening and closing of its re-launching Galaxy Fold phones, since that's not due to arrive until another "few" weeks. Instead, Samsung is trying to kickstart the school season and get ahead of holiday shopping by revealing when its latest Galaxy devices will hit stores starting today.

When it comes school, work, and fun, the Galaxy Tab S6 might be your best bet for an all in one device. The new Bluetooth and motion-enabled S Pen can give you almost Jedl-like tech skills while DeX Mode will give you real tech skills. Fortunately, it's also the first one that you'll be able to buy, available right now for $649. If you buy before September 22, you can also get the Book Cover Keyboard at half the price for only $89.95.

Traditionally, Samsung has kept its more affordable phones away from the US but, in the interest of offering affordable smartphones even and especially for those in school, Samsung is bringing unlocked Galaxy A phones to the US on September 20. Those who pre-order the $349.99 Galaxy A50 starting today on Samsung.com, Amazon, and Best Buy can get a few deals. The Galaxy A20 and the Galaxy A10e will also be available at $249.99 and $179.99 price points, respectively.

Last but not least, the season is also the time to be active and get moving and it's the perfect time to get a smart timepiece. Fortunately, the Galaxy Watch Active 2 (Bluetooth) is available now for pre-order until September 26. Those who pre-order either the $279.99 40mm version or the $299.99 44mm model can also get a wireless charger portable battery for being an early bird.

Whatever your use case or even your budget, Samsung wants you to know it has you covered. It even has an AKG N700NC M2 Wireless headphones waiting, those it has left out availability details for now.
