G410 Atlas spectrum gaming keyboard ditches ten key adds G Arx dock

Logitech has debuted its latest gaming keyboard called the G410 Atlas Spectrum RGB TKL Mechanical Gaming Keyboard. The keyboard has no number pad and has mechanical keys. The keys use Logitech's Romer-G mechanical switches that promise up to 25% faster key switch actuation thanks to their compact design.

The keyboard is designed to be compact and lightweight making it easy to carry with you to LAN parties and tournaments. The keyboard was designed to comply with pro gaming tournament regulations; Logitech says that the lack of a ten key on the side gives gamers more room to move low DPI mice.

Backlighting is center-illuminated and allows you to synchronize the lighting effects with other Logitech G devices. Lighting choices run the gamut of 16.8 million different colors and you can control the color of the WASD keys independently of the others. One of the coolest features of the G410 is the Arx Control dock.

This is a small plastic holder for your Android or iOS devices that allows you to use your smartphone and the Arx Control App to give more information about your PC as you game. That dock is stored inside the keyboard so you can take it with you when you go without having to keep up with other items. Gamers can disable unwanted keys with Game mode and audio controls are integrated. The G40 is up for pre-order now for $129.99 with the exact shipping date unknown.
