Epson introduces new NX625 AIO printer

Epson unveiled a new AIO printer today called the NX625. The new printer is a slick looking black unit that can print on both side of the paper and is aimed at home users and students. The NX625 has all sorts of nice features like the ability to produce two-sided pages at 7.6 ppm in black and 4.6 ppm in color.

Other features of the printer include a 2.5-inch color LCD for viewing, editing, and selecting photos without a printer. The unit also has a memory card reader and uses smudge resistant inks. Photo editing features are built into the printer with the ability to fix under or over exposed images and Auto Photo Correction.

The printer uses individual ink cartridges and supports printing directly from mobile devices. The device can copy and the scanner has a resolution of 2400 dpi with a color depth of 48-bit. Connectivity includes WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and an Ethernet port. The printer sells for $149.99 and will ship this month.
