Dell Latitude XT3 convertible tablet PC on video

Dell has given up the goods on some of its new business notebooks and among those notebooks is the somewhat interesting Latitude XT3 convertible tablet PC. Convertible machines have never burned up the sales charts or been excessively popular like a pure tablet along the lines of the iPad, but the convertible form is nice for some folks.

The XT3 really looks fat to me from the photos and has a 13-inch screen. The bulk might be a plus for some users, but I can't imagine a larger machine being comfortable to use one handed while standing up. The XT3 also has a docking connector on the bottom.

Perhaps the larger issue with the XT3 isn't the bulk but the fact that it uses the N-Trig digitizer that has apparently not worked out so well for many Latitude XT2 users. The XT2 was the predecessor to the XT3 naturally. You can hit the video below and see the porky convertible in use. I see fail in this things future.
