Utah-based 360 Electrical presents these turning wall sockets, which is different from old power supplies, because the sockets can turn in a complete circle, you can now position them whichever way you like to keep your oversized power supplies from hogging all the space on your outlet.n This allows you to extend the cable a lil bit longer, than ever needing an extension socket. Proves very useful. Should be available in most modern homes.

Motorola SLVR L6 in pink

Pink must be in. Motorola has collaborated with Carphone Warehouse UK to start selling limited edition pink SLVR phones. Too bad it missed valentine’s day, but still get one for your girlfriend’s anniversary.

Motorola Baby Monitor

Being pregnant can be a tough job. Hence Motorola created this baby-monitor phone, the SD4500. Not only is it a cordless home phone with a cell-phone dock, it has a wireless camera attachment so you can check out your baby on the screen of one of the color, cordless handsets. The camera is battery-powered, too, so you can move it around the house without looking for an outlet. It costs around $60-$100 per unit, so check it out.

Sharp’s Clamshell VGA phone.

Sharp ammounced it has made a clamshell 3G handset with a VGA display, the highest resolution so far for any phone. The VGA screen is pretty good with a 480 pixel width. The phone could also support landscape mode for making web pages more readable without rearranging its contents.

In addition to its high-res screen, the 904SH includes a Motion Control Sensor that can detect the phone’s posture in all directions, a face recognition system for security, and a 3.2-megapixel camera. This phone will appear in Japan’s Vodafone network.

Waveon USB Dolby/DTS 7.1 Surround Headphones

Korean company Waveon is now shipping the AON MCH-501U, USB headphones that can handle Dolby and DTS 7.1 surround sound. It has USB connectivity and an in-line controller as well, so that you’ll be able to enjoy a full 7.1 environment without buying an expensive soundcard. It is estimated that the headunit sells for about $90 in Korea. No news for US release yet.

$99 Apple iPod leather case

In addition to the latest iPod Hi-Fi, Apple has also announced its own $99 leather iPod case. It’s just a basic leather case with the official Apple iPod emblazon. Well this case is definately for those who wants an all-Apple collection.

Apple’s iPod Hi-Fi

Apple announced the iPod Hi-Fi: a home stereo system with an iPod dock (for every iPod) on the top. It comes with a Universal Dock connector and integrated handles for easy portability at a weight of 14.5 pounds.  The dock connector acts like a charger for your iPod. The speakers features three speaker cones custom designed to provide balanced sound with a 130 mm woofter.

Sony Ericsson W600 Walkman phone

Sony Ericsson released their seventh Walkman phone, known as the W600 Walkman. It has a swivel-action, a 1.8-inch color screen and comes with FM radio, 1.3 megapixel camera, digital music player with 256MB memory, and CD ripping software. There’s nothing new about this. You can get the W600 in three colors: Universe Blue, Orchid White, and Vibrant Orange, and weighs 4.2 ounces. Best part of it is that it has dedicated gaming thumb buttons, similar to a Nokia Ngage if thats not enough for you. The Sony Ericsson Walkman W600 costs about $199 after a mail in rebate (Original RRP $299). The phone is currently locked to Cingular Wireless.
