AT&T details 10 more devices to get Android 4.0 ICS

Google's latest Android operating system, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is all the craze as of late. With carriers and manufacturers trying to get updates ready, and confirm with their customers when they'll receive said updates. Today AT&T has just released Android 4.0 ICS for the HTC Vivid and long with it detailed the next 10 devices that are up next for the frozen treat.

We've heard plans recently from HTC and what they'll be updating, along with Motorola's sad attempt at a list — but today is all AT&T and they have at least 10 more devices that are set to receive Android 4.0 ICS updates. They even include the original Atrix 4G, and they should because it's a powerful dual-core smartphone. Everything else detailed today is fairly new and we expected updates for. Either way here is their official list:

- LG Nitro

- Motorola ATRIX 2

- Motorola ATRIX 4G

- Pantech Burst

- Pantech Element

- Samsung Captivate Glide

- Samsung Galaxy Note

- Samsung Galaxy S II

- Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket

- Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9

Samsung has recently confirmed all of those will see the update, but to hear it from AT&T gives us even more reassurance the updates are coming, and soon. LG and Pantech have both been pretty quite in regards to updating their devices so it's nice to see these added to the list. AT&T didn't give exact dates but did say we can expect the above listed devices to receive Android 4.0 in the "coming months". Hopefully those arrive before summer but we'll have to wait and see.
