Asus whips out new P7P55D-E mainboard and more at CES

The number of new products unleashed at CES is staggering. So much new gear was unveiled at the show that we are still covering the devices even though the show is over. Asus has unveiled a new line of gear at the show including new mainboards, graphics cards, and more.Asus pulled the wraps off its new P7P55D-E and P7H57D-V mainboards. Both of the boards sport PCIe X4 bridge chips and support USB 3.0 and SATA 6Gb/s. Asus also announced a new Bravo series of video cards that have Splendid Plus technology built-in.

Splendid Plus technology adds a light sensor to the mix allowing the screen to detect the light in a room and adjust accordingly for the best image quality. Asus also unveils a new soundbar for computers called the Cine5 Soundbar Speaker. The device reproduces multi-channel surround sound without needing rear speakers.
