Aston Martin Vanquish S Ultimate is the model's swan song

Aston Martin is nearing the end of production for its iconic Vanquish. To celebrate the model and its farewell, a very special edition has been unveiled called the Vanquish S Ultimate. The car will be powered by the naturally aspirated V12 engine.

That big V12 makes 595hp and will send power through an 8-speed Touchtronic III automatic transmission. The Ultimate edition also includes 3-stage adaptive damping and carbon ceramic brakes. Aston says that it will build only 175 Ultimate edition cars globally in Coupe or Volante form.

There will be three distinct color options with each scheme created by the Aston design team. The first design theme is Ultimate Black (seen in the images) with copper bronze graphics and black leather with tan scents and stitching. The second scheme is Xenon Grey paint with cobalt blue graphics with phantom grey leather inside, electron yellow accents, and spectral blue stitching.

The third is a White gold paint with warm bronze graphics. The interior is chestnut tan with black accents and carbon fiber accents. Buyers can choose their own color combinations as a no charge option.

As you would expect as a top end Vanquish, the car is pricey. In the UK it will sell for £211,995 for the coupe and £233,995 for the Volante. Orders are being taken now and the first deliveries are set for Q1 2018. Buyers can choose from a wide range of customization options.
