Apple seeds new Mac OS X 10.7.2 beta to developers

Apple has just seeded a new beta build of Mac OS X 10.7.2 to developers ahead of the much anticipated iCloud launch. This new beta comes less than a week after the last beta was issued for testing and, interestingly, on the same day that Apple warned developers that it would be resetting all iCloud data.

It's not clear what problems, if any, this new version addresses but it's known as 11C52 and is about 740.2MB in its delta form. The focus areas remain the same as the previous beta version and includes the AddressBook, GraphicsDrivers, iCal, iChat, iCloud, Mail, MobileMe, the Mac App Store, Safari, Spotlight, and Time Machine.

The recent betas seeded to developers have all included iCloud integration whereas previous versions had required developers to download a separate installer. It's believed that Mac OS X 10.7.2 will be released alongside the iCloud and iOS 5, which are both expected to launch with the next-gen iPhone (be it the iPhone 5 or the iPhone 4S) on October 4.
