AOC unveils new 60ID series computer displays

Display maker AOC has unveiled new displays in its 60ID series aimed at both business users and home users. The new displays come in 19-inch up to 24-inch models and have a matte black finish. Despite the screen size, the displays have similar features including a brightness rating of 250 cd/m² and a static contrast of 1000:1. The dynamic contrast ratio for the display is 20 million:1.

Response time for the displays range between 2 seconds and 5 ms gray to gray. All of the displays in the series are also LED backlit for better colors and picture quality as well as power savings. Pending on monitor size these between 26 and 42 W of power in operation. The displays also have standby mode the drops power consumption to less than half a watt.

The lowest screen resolution and the series is 1440 x 990 pixels and larger screens support full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080. Some of the displays in the series also have integrated four port USB 2.0 hubs and some versions have both DVI-D and HDMI outputs. The series has VESA wall mounts and ambient light sensors.
