Acer beTouch E210 Android smartphone packs QWERTY and touchscreen

Acer is at CES 2011 and it has pulled a new smartphone out that it is showing for the first time. The phone is called the beTouch E210 and it has a full physical QWERTY keyboard and a 2.6-inch touchscreen. The smartphone runs Android 2.2 Froyo and has all the cool Android features we are familiar with.

The smartphone measures 116mm long and weighs in at 110g making it compact and easy to carry with you. The battery inside the phone is a 1300mAh unit and it operates on HSDPA/HSUPA networks at 900/2100MHz or 850/1900MHz. The CPU inside the phone is a ST Ericsson PNX6715 running at 416MHz.

Internal ROM is 512MB with internal RAM at 256MB. The camera on the phone is a 3.2MP unit and the phone has WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, a micro-SD card slot, micro-USB port, and 3.5mm headphone port. The phone also has a FM tuner, G-sensor, and a compass. Pricing is unannounced and the smartphone is set to hit the UK on March 11.
