Acer Aspire Switch 11 revealed alongside rebooted 10

Earlier this year we got our hands on the Acer Aspire Switch 10 – now the device has been rebooted with a new Full HD display at IFA 2014. Alongside this new device, the Acer Aspire Switch 11 has been revealed. These devices will both be available this Autumn.

The Acer Aspire Switch 10 updated series will be available in September in Pan America with a price range that starts at $329.99. You'll also find this device in EMEA starting soon thereafter at 329 Euro. Have a peek at our original review (before the Full HD) here: Acer Aspire Switch 10 Review.

The Acer Aspire Switch 11 will be bringing the heat with four modes: Notebook, Pad, Display, and Tent. Unlike the Acer Aspire R series, you're actually able to detach the tablet in this case, working with the tablet part of this device on its own.

The Aspire Switch 11 (Aspire Switch SW5-171) model works with an 11.6-inch Full HD 1080p display with HD webcam and Intel Core i5 processor inside. This model also works with 4GB of RAM and 128GB SATA hard drive.

The Aspire Switch 11 (Aspire Switch SW5-111) model works with an 11.6-inch 1366 x 768 display instead. Inside is an Intel Atom Z3745 quad-core processor, 2GB RAM and a 64GB eMMC bit of storage. And a 2.0MP camera up front.

The Acer Aspire Switch 11 series will be available starting in October in Pan America for a cool $399 USD to start. In EMEA you'll find the device soon thereafter starting at 399 Euro.
