Jacob's Ladder
Using the awesome powers of Swarm Intelligence, developer Yervant Kulbashian created Jacob's Ladder. This mind-cracking experiment utilizes both artificial intelligence and C++ to create the graphics and was born in the OpenGL API. This app can be found in Google Play now for the very strange price of a dollar and eight cents.
The best part about this live wallpaper is its extremely low, nearly non-existent battery draw. Where some LWP can get particularly terrible, this one's super-duper light. Jacob's Ladder uses so little battery that it won't show up in an Android smartphone's Battery Monitor – high five to that.
