$25 iPhone 4 at Radio Shack after discount & trade-in deals

Even with its Black Friday deals, Apple is loath to offer money off its range; that's why news that Radio Shack is offering $50 off all iPhones until December 11 2010 and, if you've an iPhone 3G or 3GS to trade in, potentially bringing the cost of a new iPhone 4 down to just $25. The price cut makes the iPhone 3GS $50, a 16GB iPhone 4 $150, and a 32GB iPhone 4 $250.

However, thanks to a tweak to the value of older iPhones in Radio Shack's Trade & Save exchange program, owners of previous Apple smartphones can get more for their handsets. A working – i.e. fully functional and no screen cracks – iPhone 3G nets you a $75 credit, while a working iPhone 3GS gets you $125.

Since those trade-in credits can be paired with the $50 discount, a 16GB iPhone 4 is down to just $25, though you'll obviously need to sign up to a new, two-year AT&T agreement. The deals are only available in-store, rather than online.
