The 2020 Honda Civic Si sedan and Si coupe feature more refined LED headlight designs and a revised final drive ratio for better acceleration. 2020 Civic Si models will hit dealerships on September 6 and will start at $25,000.

Both the 2020 Civic Si coupe and sedan get the new styling enhancements inside and out that are available on other 2020 Civic models. The front fascia now wears gloss black trim over the revised foglight housings. The car also gets new LED foglights, and all models get new matte black 18-inch wheels with all-season performance tires.

2020 Civic Si buyers get sports seats with red accents on the seat bottom and back. The instrument panel has red trim. The car continues to offer the updated Display Audio system with physical buttons and knobs, bigger cupholders, and other refinements. Power for the car is from a Honda high-torque turbo engine.

The standard engine is a 205hp, 1.5-liter, direct-injected and turbocharged inline-four. The engine is mated to a standard 6-speed manual transmission with a helical limited-slip differential and adjustable two-mode dampers. One change for 2020 is a 6% shorter final-drive ratio for better acceleration. The 205hp engine makes 192 lb-ft of torque and runs on regular unleaded with premium fuel recommended.

For 2020 buyers also get Honda Sensing driver and safety assistance features standard. That includes automatic high-beam headlights adaptive cruise, collision mitigation braking, lane-keeping, and more. The car also gets Active Sound Control using the audio system to enhance the engine sound during aggressive driving. The car also has Bluetooth and other features. Buyers can opt for the Civic Si coupe and sedan with summer tires for $25,200. Pricing is without the $930 destination charge.
