2015 Ford Focus ST debuts at Goodwood Festival of Speed

Ford has debuted its 2015 Focus ST at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in the UK, showing off both its technology and its craftsmanship that bears many improvements over past offerings. Among these upgrades are 18-inch Rado Gray alloy wheels as standard, a flat-bottom steering wheel, revised steering in general, and more.

The 2015 Focus ST has many design changes inside and out, including "more aggressive styling" that, among other things, has a lower and wider stance over past generations. The cabin has been given a cockpit-style redesign, with Ford saying it is more intuitive and has less buttons, and offers three new gauges for oil temp, pressure, and boost.

Some of the improvements coming with the 2015 model include a new Magnetic Metallic exterior color, a couple over-the-top stripe options (High Gloss Red and Satin Black), LED signature lighting and HID headlamps with ST2 and ST3 trim levels alongside Recaro seats, and front and rear fascias said to be "sportier".

The upcoming Focus ST also offers a heated steering wheel and eight-way power driver's seat as options, a rear camera (standard), an additional center console bearing a media bin, improved cupholders and storage in the front door, and the option of 18-inch alloy wheels with red brake calipers.
