You do know that alot of professional devices run on windows ce? Alot of medical devices still do, many barcode scanners for warehouses, and Surveying equipment runs Windows ce. Windows phone 7 Runs on top of windows ce 7. Its not outdated microsoft just constantly tell you that its the best thing since sliced bread as much as Apple and Google does.
