Not so sad news for Mac users, Microsoft’s new Zune player will only work with Windows. However Microsoft expects to support Mac in the future. I don’t think Mac users will be upset, because iPod will probable be their first choice for an MP3 player anyway, so this wouldn’t be such a big let down.

    Hey,
    it said that these new zune’s aren’t compatible with mac but aren’t the new mac book pro’s able to run both windows xp and mac os, so it should be able to be compatible with mac then….correct?…..

    If we said incompatible with Apple then yeah, but we said Mac (which is Mac OSX) not apple computer (Intel based) itself.

    but yeah you can load up windows (that is why it is only windows compatible) with bootcamp or parallels

    If only there were a good, Mac-compatible music player that I could use with my Mac. Preferably one from Apple. That might be pretty cool.
