I’m sure some of you have read about the fictitious product, the Hide-a-Pod. Well now a few Zune enthusiasts are fighting back with the Hide-a-Pod gel.
Basically it is an anti-theft gel for all the iPod users. Just put the gel on your iPod or iPhone and “stick it where the sun don’t shine”. For the shuffle you will only need 2 oz but for the iPhone you will need a full gallon. The site goes on to explain that the product should only be used by those “retentive enough to stand in line all day” for the iPhone. Even if you are an iPod fan you have to admit, it is a little funny.
Personally I just took my Pink Zune back to the store to exchange for an iPod, so you can guess whose side I’m on. This is in fact a fake product, but it would be a really funny gag gift if it were to ever really become real.
