Remember the Zune Originals program that MS was offering for customizing the backs of the flash models of the new Zunes? Well they finally got around to extending that to the once-sold-out 80GB model.

You can now get your choice of like 30 designs or up to 4 lines of text on the back of your 80GB Zune. The designs are the same one as the Zune 4 and 8 gigabyte models, but they are obviously bigger.

The process and shipping are bother free with purchase of a new Zune and should add some flavor to a seemingly bland PMP. I had a Zune, but I gave it away when I got my new iPod Touch, but the more I hear about the new Zune the more tempted I am to go out and get one of them as well. Only time will tell whether I do or not, but if I do, it will definitely have the artwork on the back.

Yea, seems like they would of done this earlier. Sorta like how Apple allows the engraving in their iPods.
