Zoom Q3 camcorder price slashed to $199

The Zoom Q3 camcorder has been around since October of 2009 when it first launched. The camcorder's most important feature is the high-quality audio that it is capable of recording.

When the Q3 first debuted it carried a MSRP of $249. Zoom has announced that it is now cutting the price of the camcorder to $199. The Q3 keeps the same features at the new price including the 24-bit/48kHz sound.

The camcorder is the only point and shoot on the market capable of dealing with high decibel levels like those that you would find at a concert or a birthday party filled with little girls. The camcorder also features a built-in USB cable, MPEG-4 SP video format, a resolution of 640 x 480 for video and it records to SDHC cards.
