ZenFone 2 Deluxe Special Edition packs 128GB of storage and 4GB of RAM

Asus has unveiled its latest smartphone called the Zenfone 2 Deluxe Special Edition. The smartphone combines an attractive design with nice hardware and should be something that phone shoppers want to check out. The heart of the smartphone is the Intel Atom quad core Z3580 processor running at 2.3GHz.

Graphics are handled by a Power VR G6430 GPU with support for OpenGL 3.0. Internal storage is 128GB with support for an additional 64GB of storage with microSD cards. The quad core processor paired with 4GB of LPDDR3 RAM and the screen has a native resolution of 1080x1920.

That screen uses IPS tech with 403ppi and is covered in Gorilla Glass 3. Power comes from a 3,000 mAh internal battery that can't be removed. The rear camera is a 13MP f/2.0 unit with dual LED flash and the front camera is a 5MP with a wide-angle lens. The Os is Android 5.0.

The phone works on GSM/EDGE: 850, 900,1700/2100, 1900, 2100 MHz; WCDMA: Band 1/2/4/5/8; and FDD-LTE: 1/2/3/4/5/7/8/17/20. That means it works with AT&T and T-Mobile along with other GSM networks that are pre-paid. The phone comes with two back covers, including one carbon fiber look cover and sells for $399.
