Yahoo + Netflix? How does combining two shitty companies entering their end times = a successful company? This is Sears + K-Mart all over again.

LOL that was my first thought too. How does Yahoo still have money? I can’t remember the last time they did anything noteworthy. And while I’m not a big fan of Netflix either after their issues this past year, I would think they’d be worth much more than Yahoo.
