This is a completely opt-in feature. It is not being pushed on anyone. Once people have opted-in, it is easy to turn it off or delete reads shared from Facebook and Yahoo.

Not being able /savvy enough to opt out of a shameless amount of forced sharing is not the same as “they loves them some sharing”.

No, no we are not. We are irritated to freaking death by it. Most of my friends copy-paste the titles into google when someone shares one. The only people I know who use the yahoo app are older people who don’t realize it’s doing it, or younger people who don’t have the tech skills to turn it off.
