LYING has to do with everything. Yahoo or any other company is in deep sh!t when its CEO is a liar and will have not a hard time lying about profits and accounting. Probably, you’re too young to remember the Enron.

Qualification has nothing to do with this. Ceo obviously have some enemies who found this little gem and decided to run with it. Sort of like charging the mob with tax evasion because its easier to prosecute with that tactic.
