The only statistic stated in the article is only for the USA and not the whole world. Even though the xbox 360 might still be beating the ps3, the article should say, Xbox 360 Remains King in 2011 in USA.

Actually, because of the 3 year warranty, I haven’t had to spend a dime on a second Xbox and I’ve had one since launch. But I have had one PS3 take a crap on me and Sony wanted $150 to fix it. This was 1 year and 2 months after I bought it and the funny part was that it was barely ever used. How do you like them apples?

@Chris Burns – Yes. Get EA Active or Your Shape for working out. Much more enjoyable and satisfying than the Wii Balance Board or the Move where you’re more likely to cheat on your form.

I agree, the PS3 controller is a relic of the N64 days. You need monkey hands to operate it without cramping. Move the damn left analog stick already Sony!!!… for Christ’s sake!

The 360 also offers a 3 year warranty to cover that failure rate. Which means you wouldn’t haft to purchase again. You think Sony would have stepped up to the plate and offered 3 years? I’m thinking not…

Also the last few models they put out have been rock solid. The newest model “is said” to have a lower model than the PS3. I know there is no way to prove it, but I believe it. I haven’t seen any complaints about them.

Well since the XBOX 360 has an almost 50% failure rate how many of those are 2nd or 3rd purchases? I’ve had to replace mine twice, but my Launch date PS3 still works.
