Well, apparently if Microsoft refuses to drop the price on Xbox 360s, their retailers will do it for them. Dell has dropped the price of their Xbox 360 Premium package to $350, a $50 deduction from the MSRP. This is great news for anyone whose in the market to buy a new 360, and really bad news for Sony, who could be facing stiffer competition if the Xbox 360 Premium price is $150 less than the PS3′s low-end model. You’d do well to keep watching this pricing war; just because Microsoft says they have no plans to drop the 360′s price doesn’t mean it won’t happen.
