Xbox 360

Well, apparently if Microsoft refuses to drop the price on Xbox 360s, their retailers will do it for them. Dell has dropped the price of their Xbox 360 Premium package to $350, a $50 deduction from the MSRP. This is great news for anyone whose in the market to buy a new 360, and really bad news for Sony, who could be facing stiffer competition if the Xbox 360 Premium price is $150 less than the PS3’s low-end model. You’d do well to keep watching this pricing war; just because Microsoft says they have no plans to drop the 360’s price doesn’t mean it won’t happen.
