		<description><![CDATA[There are no cables whatsoever. (I work for VNL.) The sites connect to your existing mobile networks. We place a Base Station Controller in the last node of your network, and build from there. They are designed to extend existing networks into areas that were considered undesirable - too costly to deploy and operate at the ARPUs that are available. Interestingly, once the systems arrive, the ARPU increases as well - we&#039;ve seen some dramatic increases in income levels once connected.]]></description>
